Try and add some more depth to the guy on the right perhaps, even just shadows or something.
Right now the focal point is in the middle of the tag, or the blue light on his hair.

I think we all need to recognize Oblivious talent, look at the wonderful repeating of images, and cell shading and blur technique used by god himself and random grunge brushes/ blurr'd brushes with low opacity
