There is a ddr3 mobo that supports 8gb or 16gb ram, i forget, and it supports i5/7 out the box.
as for me saying i8 even though its being called i9, i was making a guess, the name means nothing.

Overcocking with the new release of mobo that use the foxconn socket
if OP really wants a 1156 mobo, might as well look for P55A ( USB 3.0, Hi speed sata, and no foxconn socket)

yeah that's from HUGE overclocking, socket defect
far higher than you will ever hope to get under normal circumstances.
