Anyone has any idea how can I send packets to a server? What I want is a client program that has already created a socket like 192.168.1.1:5554 and is communicating with the server. I want to send data through that socket with my program acting as the client.

Well I think its hard for a beginner. The first step should be easier, like just send a packet to a local host and see reactions. I need a little code about winsock to just send a packet. Well I think I can google for that but any help would be appreciate.

Its a hook, with a call to the hooked function (x2), not in anyway useful in this case.

Maybe then you shouldn't be doing network stuff yet? Get the basics first and then move to advanced topics.

I downloaded commview, it's a packet sender/sniffer and I could see incoming/outgoing packets and resend them. The problem is that most applications use a strange way to send packets. They are a kind of encrypted or something, because everytime a client sends packets it sends different values for the same event and only that packet is valid. If I resend any previous sent packets that won't affect the server, it's like I am sending invalid packets. Maybe the client sends the time the packet was sent, or the server sends a new way of packet analyzing to the client time-time so it knows what to send. Anyway now I 've found that counter-strike is not sending encrypted shit. I created a local server and found the packet that connects to the map and start playing... yeah!! that worked.. when I send from commview that packet, the connection procedure beggins immediatelly, now I want to do that programmatically in C++.

what you may be talking about is how packet headers often contain packet numbers
