Still wondering what caused all my values to change from 1000/5000 to ?? after the 9th step was complete Confused

in Tutorial?

it could be, i'm not sure, but it may have to do that because the tutorial closes after step 9, that the memory becomes unreadable....

just a guess though

If the values changed after the 9th step and the memory became unreadable then am I to assume that cheat engine will not work for my game? The tutorial was to help me change values so I could use cheats for extra lives and skip levels and things like that, right?

it is normal for the values to turn to ?? in the tutorial after step 9
that happens to everyone in the world that tries the tutorial

the tutorial has nothing to do with your game

(if your game is an online game, then most likely, no, it won't work)

just a question, did you solve the tutorial yourself, or did you follow some youtube movie that shows you how to do it, or just clicked skip? (if movie or skip, start again)

I actually purchased my game and downloaded it from Reflexive Arcade so I own it and do not need to go online to play.

The tutorial I followed was the one that came with CE 5.4. I also went to the Tutorial on the CE.org Website that was for steps 1-7 just to make sure I understood. I hope I gave you the info needed. Thank you for your time and patience with me.
