The only possible laptop to get any lower is a netbook. Fuck, my limit is 600, and I found a 599.99 laptop, and i am not worried about having to pay a little taxes. You are trying to do something impossible. Build a desktop or find an extra 50 for tax.

I've got the HP mini 311 and the only reason I've got it was its graphics capabilities.
