You could do jumping assassinations in the first one if I recall correctly and I love how you can actually pick your weapons and clothes color. I got Altair's OLD AC1 armor which is still sick. I usually go with the first cape you get, the crimson red with gold shield one and Florentine Crimson, I look beast.

You couldn't do jumping assassinations. Only on the William of Montferret mission you could.
