I do dxm like 3 times a week and im perfectly fine. Just dont do over 3grams of DXM and youll be fine.

youll need about 275mgs to be tripping your first time.

a friend of mine said it can cause you to go crazy if you do it a lot.

He told me to wait a week between each level if I want to get to the 4th level.
