Borderlands only has 50 levels. (Easily achieved without hacking.)
Really, the game is no fun if you can 1 hit everything. It's not thrilling enough to compensate for the easiness of hacking. I would image that it would be a royal borefest given that the game is easy enough as it is.

I have shotgun bazooka with scope. And the bullets are revolver shells.
