Liquid nitrogen BOILS at -321 degrees F, meaning it has to be kept at a temperature below that. That WOULD break your CPU.

overclocking will decrease life of ur cpu if u dont cool it properly!

...assuming you don't apply a lot of voltage. I.E. not too much higher than 1.425v.

higher end hardware would probably boil that shit
lord only knows how much heat 4850's and shit put out (read: fucking hot, fast)
