right click, block image. Or with ad block, right click faggot plus, add the filter.

Right click, block images from {url}.
It image hosting sites like tinypic use a different server for every image, so you can block individuals.

Right Click > faggot Image

Then select custom and then Okay, Done :3

(With faggot Plus)
