No, but if one swears solely to Firefox without even trying Opera, it does. |
No it doesn't. It means that Firefox is fulfilling their needs so they have no reason to try another browser.

So I'll go ahead and say this;
If you think Opera is better then Firefox.
Go ahead and say Vista is better then Windows 7.

Also i tried opera before, I won't say it sucks, I'll say it good, but my preference remains FF because of the interface, and because I got used to it, and chatzilla, otherwise i really couldn't care less about the addons for both browsers, all i use is chatzilla, the rest could be deleted for all i care. |
Opera has built-in IRC. |
It also has built-in torrent support, download manager, widgets (not that great, but fun nonetheless), Opera Link (which synchronizes all of your bookmarks, addresses, history and whatnot with other systems of yours that also use Opera) and now Opera synchronize. Opera synchronize is just the coolest shit ever because you can stream music, share photos, create a webserver (specify your web folder and done) or share any files. In regards to FireBug, I recently found out Opera has a built-in error log that is pretty gosh darn complete.
But the main reason why I like all this, is because Operas development team is the only one implementing all of these new items. It's great that Firefox allows third-party plug-ins, but your main support is an open-source community that consists out of script-kiddies mostly. If the development team is the one doing all of the creation and implementation, you can be sure that whatever bugs you encounter will be taken into account during the next revision.

because they are an old company.

Facts usually require some form of evidence. Articles, numbers, anything. Also, this statement adds absolutely nothing to the thread. It's just a long version of 'I THINK FIREFOX > OPERA WUB WUB FANBOY!'. At least I back my shit up with facts by referring to functionalities.
