I plan to sleep indoors and not travel when its raining.
Oh, I cant use lock-picks cause I'm a mage.
Have to wear a hat when it's raining, and I can't find a tavern.
Must talk to the npcs as If I were there.
I'm going to go have a merry gay time.

Morrowind is much better for roleplaying.

And for some reason I get like a 10 fps in Morrowind.
When in Oblivion I get a solid 60 fps.

Why?
Who fucking knows.
