Did you delete it on your computer?
What was the file? Some other people could have downloaded it and you could ask them.

I removed the option to upload files because I backed up the website for an upcoming host-switch. And I don't need more files uploaded for me to backup.
You do have the option to access the account management page. Though I don't make the option public as I'd prefer people don't change anything before the movement.
In the meantime, you should use the uploader created by the same person who coded Up2Share.
