Over-populatin will become a problem, well it already has in places like china, and i think the laws liek the one child policy in china will begin to take place across the globe. Genetic defects should certainly not be allowed to reproduce more of their unfortunately screwed up DNA and throw it into what could be a perfectly healthy gene pool. They weigh our society down by costing billions form the government and not being any use, they are just sitting there, being alive.
