I'm 13, and there were these two 10 year old boys who were trying to beat up my sister and her two friends for no reason down at the park. So I went down there, and I punched one of the kids in the stomach so hard he nearly threw up. I went to punch the other kid but they both ran off crying.

How can you be 13, if you registered for CEF over a year ago?

The rules state you must be 13 to sign up and you would have had to be 12 back then.
