You need a DVD burner, too bad your laptop only has a cd one, you're fucked.

Nope, DVD Burner as well built in. I have the option to choose whether.
So, Is any CD good?

You're an idiot. CD != DVD, THEY'RE DIFFERENT IDIOT.
You need an HD DVD (or DVD9). I doubt your laptop burner supports this format.

I doubt it. It is a laptop drive, which means it is slim, which means it isn't going to be dual-layered.
