full release will be after the current 100k NX transactions event.

N3x0n has not done anything to game since it was released other than adding the gayest Cash shop system in the world.

It's like Gachapon in MS. You buy a coin for 2.5k NX and then use it on an NPC for your character to receive an avatar item at random.
