I need a good tutorial on how to reformat my vista computer to windows 7 using a usb stick.

I used a 4gb to install windows 7. Its not that big.
Just format the usb with ntfs, and put the cd contents on the usb. Boot it from the bios, and it should work.

Oh wait, nevermind. you're right, it is only 3.1GB. I got confused and though it was like 6 for some reason.

Damn the finished version is huge. The 7600 beta was 2.3gb I thought.

Hero, this is what I did... format my USB to NTFS then I just copy the files and paste it into the flash drive?
I'm going to be using the faXcool Windows 7 Ultimate 7600 RTM Final, do you know if this file has any issue before I reformat it?

| Never used it. I got one from warez-bb but I dont remember. i'd get the final copy instead of 7600. I'm sure they have a fake crack thing to stop the timer right?

You could probably rip it and get rid of the lang packs to slim it down to a nice 2GB.

Mine did. When installing I had the option to install language packs. Then, the same language packs popped up in my WinUpdate. Didn't do it either time.
