| a higher ram is a bunch of bullshit. They may work equally, or one may run better. It depends on what you wanna do, and what your pc already has.

Nothing runs on DDR now except for old single core P4s that they are rebranding. Plus, DDR is motherfucking ridiculously slow and is shit expensive.

Great deal, I run CoD4 at max settings and I get a decent framerate (40-60fps).
I can run DAO on medium settings 1920x1028 with at around 60fps as well.
Not to mention the amazing overclocking potential that the 9600GSO has. The equivalent of a 8800GT, based on the 9000 series, so you can do very well with it overclocked. I definitely recommend it for a budget upgrade. |
9600GSO = rebranded 8800GS. Internally they're exactly the same. |
Oh my bad. I was under the impression that there was something different.
But my statement about it being great for overclocking still holds true.

It outperforms the HD4670 by a little, and if you can catch a deal like I did, it's quite a bit cheaper too.

Of course, you'll be able to start up your comp (through your onboard RAM), but you most likely won't even be able to install Windows.

You probably should have mentioned that earlier. That would explain why that nVidia card was $299, you were getting severely ripped off.
