Set the Fill as "Downward Diagonal".

				| Viral, I suggest expanding this tutorial or making another on how to put the scan lines in specific areas only, or in designs. like putting scanlines on a star shaped section of the image only.

To get in specific areas, apply image, delete the layer under applied, and eraser tool that shit up (or use a mask).
