I didn't accuse him, I told him to prove it because someone else accused him and if he didn't do anything about it then it would've been worst.

Wow. So now if someone believes that it's ripped, they should be warned for it/get their post deleted? No. I believe it's ripped, therefore I am proclaiming that I do.
OP, prove it's yours and I'll say well done, it's a nice piece of art.

I find it a better idea if you prove it's not his. Outside of this thread ofcourse.
