crunches aren't the best way to build abs. sit ups use way more muscle to perform. just get your feet under something that can hold them firmly and get into a position kinda like this from the side

and have your hands on your shoulders in an X shape, not behind your head. and make sure you go all the way down so youre flat on the ground

for me, crunches is paying off more than sit ups.
i just feel my upper & mid abdominal section more worked up after crunches.
i got bored w/ crunches eventually, so i switched to something more advanced. and i do this superset once in every 3 days, even though the vid actually tells you to do it once in every 5 days~ once a week...

learn to do this properly...
at first, you'll find difficulty w/ this superset. you may not be able to finish your 5 sets... but in a few weeks, you'll get the hang of it, just like i did.
ive been doing this for 2 months now, & im now at 30lbs at max weight, a lil above half scooby's max weight when he made this vid

Hybrid ab crunch.
10 of each everytime you want a snack.... do 10 of ea. your shit will be stone in a week.
