Does it fire smiling bullets?

It's too technical for its stylization, but I still like the rounded shapes of the outside contrasting with the straight edges on the inside. If I may ask, is this ball-point pen?

I used a ultra-fine sharpie. the lines are thick though, but that's because of the paper, its recycled paper.
