Hi there. I'm Kikyou from Final Fantasy Forums. w-w-w . finalfantasyforums . n-e-t
I'm one of the administrators there. My fellow administrator is known as Mitsuki.

Your member Mitsuki here is impersonating my fellow administrator, Mitsuki, at FFF as well as one of my members, Ryuuki Corvin. I tried to PM the mods and admin, but to no avail as apparently I have to earn my right to PM which I do not understand as I don't plan on remaining active here.

To get to the point, this person has stolen all of their graphical work and posted it here claiming it as their's. We were informed of this problem just today. One of them is a panda signature which Mitsuki (who is also a very dear friend of mine outside of the internet) made special for me.

Something really should be done about this as it's really not right to go around impersonating other people on the internet and claiming their work as their own. Mitsuki and I spoke just this morning and she's very upset that her graphics are being stolen and she's being impersonated. She does not belong to this forum.

I can provide IP addresses if you'd like to compare them for further proof. Anyway, I wasn't sure where to post, so I just figured I'd bring this information forward. I'm by no means blaming any of your staff for this, as it's not your fault. We would just appreciate it if you'd please do something about this member passing themself off as Mitsuki as it is not my Mitsuki. Thank you for your time and understanding. =)

Do you have a copyright on that art and name?

I would show the copyright but apparently I can't post URLs here. Mitsuki has the PSDs to prove the stuff is hers. Why would I come here making a big deal out of this if this person wasn't passing herself off as both Mitsuki and Ryuuki Corvin who BOTH come from my forums and post their work there?

I'm Mitsuki from Final Fantasy Forums, and yes I do have the .psd to further prove my case. I checked the member Mitsuki's posts and so far on page one, I've only found two of my work, which is the panda and samurai one. What's interesting is that I have a GFX shop on FFF and the part where 'Mitsuki' said:

Hope you like the 3D look. ^^ I had to put them closer together otherwise the sig size would've been bigger. I placed them in different order as well. The panda on the left looks kinda left out I know, and I tried giving him some light on the face area but it was turning out weird. So I placed the lighting on his little bum instead. Plus he's sleepy anyway - he fits in better on the darker part of the sig.

Most of what 'Mitsuki' posted here are actually our member Ryuuki Corvin's work. She has also signed up here today, and was the one that notified me of the problem.

Obviously we do, but we can't post URLs here either. Mitsuki86 just left as she's spending Halloween with her husband and daughter. We can't send PMs either, so how exactly can we prove she has the PSDs to PROVE her copyright if we can't send PMs? Why would we be making a big deal out of this if it weren't the truth? There's been three people here now trying to prove what's going on and you're pressing us for copyrights. It's bullshit.

...are you kidding me? Having the original Photoshop file to prove that YOU made the sig is not the same as copyright? Alright genius, so tell me, HOW are we to prove the copyright of both Mitsuki and Ryuuki Corvin's signatures if we can't PM the mods or admins OR post URLs to our forums to PROVE that the work is theirs? You answer me that one.
