Need to work on the lines and when your doing faces make them a tad bit thicker around the head...
Also your animations are decent when it comes to being smooth.
Just keep trying!

Just stop.
Make one that isn't complete crap and don't make a dozen more while your making it.
Iv'e seen my 3 year old brother do better pivot animations in 10 minutes.

Well, the art aspect wasn't great, but the humor in some of these was great.
For unknown reasons "Second Animation Posted (Crappy Dance One) " made me laugh a lot.
It is just so simple yet cool. Keep up the learning, I've never really had the patience to mess round with flash too much.

Thank you  flash is alot harder than it loooks ;/ Im not good at drawing with my real life hands so its a bit harder

Yeah I totally understand that. That's where tablets come in quite handy, and now they actually have pc's that size which is pretty cool.
I tend to get over the whole "mouse thing" by sticking with very high zooms and just doing 3D art
