You can use a BMI calculator to find if you're overweight/underweight. Not that muscle weighs a lot more than fat.

I know YOU ripped Chidori.
Most I can do is about 50-60 push-ups.

i guess you're doing great... if you're burning fat, those exercises are just right for you.
starters dont have to undergo intense weight loss training. it can lead to over fatigue, which will slow your progress...
dont go on a Diet... going on a Diet means going OFF the Diet, and once you do that, you'll find yourself getting much fatter. Change your eating habits, Period...
dont hesitate to go to the gym... No one will care whether your fat, slim, or buffed. the one thing you should think about is what you can do for yourself... and you'll find those gym peeps looking at you when you start to get in shape, and it will really make you feel a lot better especially when you see the results of your training, which can't be done over night...
seek for help... go get a gym instructor, for he be of great assistance. you'll learn more about certain exercises which is proper for you... if cant get a trainor, search the web for exercise programs... there are lots of em... you can always experiment on programs and find which suits you best.....
and if you think you need to lose more fat, you need to do more cardiovascular exercises, ie Jogging, should do the trick. and in weeks/months time you'll see

| Try carrying weights ontop of your body when you're laying down doing pull ups.
