Megabits and Megabytes are both a measurement of speed, and are easily convertible (8 megabits in a megabyte).

Also 3.6MB/sec isn't that fast? Well, that's just obvious trolling, but in case you're not actually trolling, let me just clarify a few facts and hopefully I'll hit one that you seem to have misunderstood.

We are talking about internet speed, and by using capital "MB" I assume you mean "Megabytes", meaning that you're saying 28.8 megabits (3.6MB converted) is slow.

"Slow" is of course a relative term, so what exactly is it "slow" relative to? A PS2 can only read a DVD disc at 5 megabytes a second, and you're saying 3.6 MB a second to download a file thousands of miles away is slow?

I don't think we are *quite* at the point where it is considered normal for internet speeds to exceed that of a low-end DVD drive. Yes it's entirely possible, but not yet normal.
