This is a web intro I did for my site in After Effects, I've never used this program before and followed a tutorial, the only thing missing is sound but my audio software isn't working at the moment.

the frames seem choppy like idk if its my comp or what but it lags doesnt run smooth

The Flash importation reduced the quality.

Edit: Actually, thanks for catching that, I imported the 24 fps video into a 12 fps Flash file.

It's a bit low quality, I would have to say. Probably detracts from the overall effect.

Awesome, but perhaps try something that's not directly out of a tutorial (down to the font colour).

Watch tutorials, but I'd only post things you've done by yourself, even if they're multiple pieces of tutorials put together.

I've kind of recreated it with different colors now to match the site layout more.

IMO, it feels kind of redundant to have it burst twice. Maybe burst once, and then fade out...?
