I used a cool brush for it, forgot where I got it though.

Not yet.
Process in making this:
Drew on paper.
Scanned to harddrive.
Opened in Photoshop.
Colored in Photoshop with a Wacom Bamboo tablet.
Saved, uploaded, etc...

It would look stupid and awkward, and defy anatomy*.
If the left eye is located on the side of the face, the other eye would be as well.
Since the picture is drawn from an angle, you wouldn't be able to see the other eye anyways.
*That is, unless you're going to make his picture a mutant.

Top one was done with pencil.
I used the same image to color, without pentooling it and stuff, so that contributed greatly to the colored-pencil texture.
I'll be attempting to make+color a robot next. Robots seem remotely simple to color in Photoshop. Palette, design, and airbrush.
