I was warned for bumping a post. It was a complete accident, as I had been using the search feature and replied to a few posts of which I did not see the date they originated from.
When does a warn go away?
The other question, why can I not PM anymore?

You probably were found abusing the PM feature .

The yellow box below your name is a warn, click it to see the message sent with it. A red box is a ban, you cannot login for a period of time.
Click the boxes to see when it expires and the message included in it.
Maybe you never did have the PM feature?

I think if you're new and get warned for spamming you lose your PM privileges.

It's a warn, it goes away, don't sweat it. It has no long term effects on it's own.

I used to have two accounts. When I made a new account, the rep ability for this account was disabled and I had to PM Dark Byte to remove it from the other account and have it available for this. Although, this was like two years ago, so things probably have changed.
