As long as you didn't take money (AC hacks) they have no grounds to sue you on. Autoers have been around since the dawn of gaming and the worst they can do is call empty threats and ban. Darkbyte is being a pussy about this I would of told them to send the lawsuit and handled it in court. Because CEF is a public forum they aren't held responsible for the peoples actions.

There were tutorials on how to cheat using text messaging to get more acs and membership than you bought.
Dark byte doesn't go to court why should he over something stupid like this he can just remove the sections and not get sued.

With what money. Are you gonna pay court costs? AE is a corporation they can drag out court for years costing Dark byte a shitload of money. Meanwhile his hosting will probably be terminated so its a lost cause.
