Yep and windows wont repair it. Silly idiot,windows 7 is incompatible with deleting hal.dll
I cant find anything on google to repair it either.

You need to get your window install CDROM and choose repair not reformat.
Repair.
Otherwise nothing will work.

doesnt exist on the cd. Which means it expands from something else.
I got hal.dll from a site and oved it the hardway but i havt tried it yet The thing is stuck doing CHKDSK
i fucking hate windows 7 now. I only went to it for better drivers fr my video card. Its not worth all this trouble i fucking swear.

It is, but ive never had so many issues on a pc in my life. Shit I had vista and it lost hal.dll and i repaired it.

but thats only because windows 7 doesnt handle drivers the same way. As soon as you fix the problem and find a much easier way to do it, you will be like (oh shit its 1337)
