i keep getting a virus even though i didnt install anything or even download anything........ i guess it's my ports but i dont know how to close the unnecessary ones.. can anyone help?

With a firewall or by configuring your router correctly. But that's not your issue, viruses don't work that way, you definitely downloaded something or went on a malicious site.
