Cheat Engine

Me and my brother both use cef, to not cause trouble (ie: we get into a fight and one of us posts a whole bunch of spam to get banned) we both have different accounts. I made an account and I cannot use a avatar, pm or take/give rep.

I understand it's because we have 2 accounts on one IP but please un-disable those things, I'd like to be a normal member too.

EDIT: do you know the exact proxy to use, php or glype

if anything I'd appreciate a direct link, theres alot to chose from =3
