Just hit, nothing special I was expecting to see a large could from a different camera but the feed just cut out.

People are making this to be too much of a big deal. It's gonna happen, 75% of the world will not even know it happened, and the other 25% will go on living their lives just as they were. There is no way they could accidentally destroy the moon.
