Can I transfer save data between my Xbox Accounts?

Before I bought XBL, I played a shitload of singleplayer games like RPGs and what not on my non-XBL account, so I was wondering if I could transfer the save data from that account to my XBL account.

Is it possible?

Like one of them is signed onto XBL using my email, and the other one is just an account I made on the console, with no connection to the net.
