Get an IDE cable for two devices, set the jumpers on drives for Cable Select (if applicable).
Worth mentioning, SATA 22X DVD burners are only about thirty dollars.

Spending money on things you don't need is bad,
Don't worry i have a IDE DVD drive and it works perfect.

A single IDE controller can hook up to 2 IDE devices.
And don't make is as CS they screw with the bios. Use MS and SL instead.

| I only meant to get a cable you can plug into the two drives, not sure on terminologies, I guess. Didn't know about anything wrong with jumpers at CS, though.

I think CS is alright. I really don't think its going to kill your BIOS.
