ok guys im looking for a program to
gather the all the different pixels and then line them up in order from dark to light or something like that
then it either exports or something so i can get the colors

NO WE WILL NOT HELP YOU THE COLORS
Anyway what your asking is for a custom made program. But you're so vague I don't know exactly what you're asking... So you need a program that can import a picture and read each pixel to determine its brightness, then create a new picture of the same resolution but with the pixels lined up from darkest to lightest and going from left to right and top to bottom? Be a bit more descriptive of what you need

What, in one long, single pixel line? Even a 1024x768 res image has almost 800,000 individual pixels.
