Well, there's not really anything special done here. Needs more, looks incredibly dull.
And the font+color of the text doesn't look very good with its surroundings.

It doesn't look like you changed the colours. All you did was put a filter over it. Shading isn't accomplished by using lighting. Make the text blend in. Obviously you're not an expert anyway. Use more effects.
