I've read the stickies and I know what the normal requirements are, so don't even say it. I have over 20 posts and have been with CEF for almost a year, yet I'm *not worthy* enough to have an avatar?

I am also not able to give or take rep or PM.

EDIT: Fixed the avatar issue, you need 25 posts, not 20. The information in the stickies are incorrect.

Still not able to PM or take/give rep, though.

Again, Dark_Byte probably disabled it

It's automatically disabled when you log into a second account from your IP address.

same with me, i had like 70 posts, and i was able to PM, then my post lowered (random spam) to like 30, and couldnt PM anymore
