I can't put a shortcut there if it has the same location and same name as the real recycle bin O.o

YOU GUYS AREN'T GETTING IT, there's no file that brings up "Empty recycle bin" among other things like "scan with antivirus" and "put in a rar file" when rightclicked. >:D

Right click - > new - > folder
folder : right click - > properties - > customize -> change icon - > find recycle bin icon - > apply, ok
right click folder - > rename type " Recycle Bin "
????

lmfao thats the old recylce bin from windows xp... and from the look of the window your using windows vista so... wrong cycle bin?
