The season finale just got over.
Anybody else watch this? Only the most amazingest show ever!
I still think season 1 is better, although I didn't see much of it.

So.....
i shall post some spoilers xD
Next season: it's about the werewolves and lorenna kidnapping Bill. Oh and, Sookie's a fairy(but this is later on, not season 3 material)

Yes and No actually...
They're both good. The series started out matching the book, but it's kind of going it's own way while keeping some of the aspects of the books. Both are good to read/watch.
It wouldn't be fair to say that the books are better than the show because the show is adding in new material that wasn't found in the books.
I guess you could say the show was a small adaptation of the books o.o
read the books and watch the series, you won't miss out on anything xD

The spoilers were from events in the book which the story line of Season 3 is most likely to adapt.

Season 2 wasn't that great because they overdid the whole Marryanne story arc and didn't do much to the Dalas story arc.
The season dragged on for a couple of episodes to land on a few very good eps. But overall, it lacked the excitement of Season 1.

i think its about vampires living with humans because they found a substitute for human blood called trueblood, but some vampires crave for real blood and the main character is a vampire i think?

I was watching this but then I couldn't afford the movie on demand which was how I watched it because I can never keep to watching most programs on a weekly schedule.
It was pretty good, interesting to find out how it's based on Sissy Dagwood chronicles, makes me want to pick up those books. |
