| hi guys are we able to stop windows o'clock with cheat engine ? i want to stop the windows timer . but which application should i open on speed hack ?

I think you may crash your OS if you stop the timer.
Not too sure of this, but it probably is a good guess.

| Don't try to use speedhack on 'explorer.exe', that's just lunacy! And why on earth would you want to stop the clock :/

could be a game is getting the current clock to measure time. (seconds, minutes, hours)

| Why don't you scan for the seconds, find out what accesses the address change the routine which is making it increase? Might work, I can't attach CE to explorer.exe on my PC

im gonna have a mess about now ill let yas know how it goes 
EDIT:
hmmmmmmm i can connect to date and time process but when i search for anything it either doesnt show up or... shows 10 diff ones also using speed hack and slowing the whole thing down doesnt work either

exactly that.the game is getting the time from windows clock.is there any way to slow down it ? i tried to remove the bios' battery.but its not good idea coz windows clock still working ? any other ideas plz

Hooking is really easy with CE. In the assembler, you can get the address off API by using its name like a label:
| Code: | alloc(hook,2048)
label(returnhere)
hook:
mov edi,edi
push ebp

returnhere:
