So, I been reading the forums for a pretty long time, signed up a while ago and decided I would ask a quick question here.
I have used the search button only to find about 20-30 threads of people asking this question, and people not replying, or saying use the search button noob. Just making it clear I have used the search button, just can't really find the answer to my question.
My question is, is it possible to catch a case of something that is usually random, and say the outcome is positive, freeze it and do what ever it is I did to have the same outcome no matter what? (Im pretty sure what is what the unrandomizer does to begin with, but I have no idea how to go about that)
So here is an example, say I play a game where I upgrade something that can possibly break. Let's say I upgrade it with a spell, then the next time I want to upgrade it I use the same spell and it breaks, is there anyway to make it so that it records what happened after it passed the first time and use it again to have it upgrade without breaking?
Kind of hard to explain what im asking but im sure people here have the knowledge to understand, thanks for reading
- Nas
EDIT: Just did another search to see if I could find what im looking for, and for the other people who will search unrandomizer's time saving sake, here is a good find -

If I'm getting this right basically you want to upgrade it and have it never break if you upgrade it again.
Here's an idea (might not work)... :/ Do "Unkown initial value" and upgrade it and do changed value scan, then once it goes away (assuming it dissipates over time) do another Changed Value scan. That might work. Of course you'd probably have to do it multiple times.
Anyway your Unrandomizer question, I haven't a clue. I've never used it... I'll look at that link you posted.

Edit: So basically what I understand it randomizes a number and if it's a certain number it breaks. I'm not sure how exactly it works but just upgrade your weapon and tick "[ ]Unrandomizer" in CE, see if that works.

in settings you can define the result it will return.
default is always return 0, but you can change that to always 1, or 2, or each time a randomizer function is called give the last result+1 (e.g needed for minesweeper that loops till it gets a spot that hasn't got a mine in it yet)

Perhaps a new layout for 5.4? Put the Unrandomizer number next to the checkbox?
