I need a tool program thing that will merge various files into a image so I don't have to use cmd.

Yeah, it gives me file splitting/merging stuff that makes part files, not what I want.

Close, but still not what I want.
I want to add say a mp3 to a jpg, so I can post the jpg on a forum and then other people download and rename to mp3 then listen to it.

You can do this with windows.. Just make it show the extensions for known types. Don't mind the sexy swedish window it will be at the same position no matter what language u have.
