Here it is: Computer Account Manager - By Psycho v1. I hope you ppl like it and use it well because I spent long time making it. I havn't use C++ for long time so this isn't so good as it could be but it's something I belive. It's totally safe, made in C++. It's fully by me, only thing where I needed help was few tutorials and "beta testers". can this change an account to admin even if you're not on an admin account?

This is useless. You can't make another account admin if you're not logged in as admin.
