I don't get what you want?
Do you want software for you to control another computer? If so Teamviewer.
If you want software to record your screen the Camtasia/Fraps...

Your computer is lagging because:
A. Your internet isn't good enough to play a game with good ping AND send your desktop streaming
or
B. Your graphics card can't handle a graphics intensive game while recording your desktop too

check out livestream.com and use procaster. A program they created just for that.
