When i click the volume up button, it locks my ipod.

when i click the lock button, it locks, but it also turns the volume up...

wwhat is happening...? i didnt drop it in water or anything.

jailbreaking does it maybe?

Try restoring it? My itouch is jail broken and it does none of those.

maybe ur jailbreak OS has keys mapped wrong try a diff version.

Maybe it got wet somehow when it wasn't on you. All iPods get really really messed up whenever they get even the slightest bit wet.

Have you not seen the stress tests on youtube? someone puts his iphone under a running faucet and it workd perfectly until he smashes on the ground Smile
