What would you change About CEF and why.
If i could change anything on cef i would changethe mods to get better ones
i would make it so you could have more characters in your sig so it would be able to hatch dragon eggs faster XD
i would put adbright ads on here cause i think there better for some reason
i would let people host hacks if they agree to some terms and stuff that way there it would be easier for nubs XD
i would have a list of user made flash games for people to play it would be cool
i would make it so users with over like 1000 legit posts can apply to be aloud to post html codes cause i would like that
i would add custom smiley's to the emotions
What would you do and review my suggestions

You're a fucking idiot. You have a local IP, and a public IP. That only changes your local IP, which won't affect you getting on any website as absolutely no website knows nor even cares about your local IP. Your public IP is the IP that servers identify you with, and the one that they ban. The only way to get around it is to get a proxy, and seeing as this kid is like 9-years-old, he won't know how to get one.
