no it wont let me faggot.
I don't know if it has to do with the version I have or what. I can CREATE one, and I got the little email verification thing, clicked on it and logged in, and it was all well and good until I tried to 'buy' a free app. It said I lacked verification or someshit and made me go 'review' my account details. It won't let me complete it without putting in a credit card. I checked the apple website, and it told me to click an option that isn't there.
So fuck you.
